The Miller's House
The Miller’s House, Three Mill Ln, London E3 3DU
The House Mill has a history of working, producing and selling ever since the foundation was set back in 1776. The idea was to design this project by re-purposing all the available resources and materials found in the ecology, and geography of the surrounding, introducing a circular economy and sustainability in my design. Designing a Gin distillery and a greenhouse to grow the plants and flavours required in Gin making on the site itself. This design will increase the life span of the habitat of Bromley-by-bow and help the community to come together and make Mother Earth healthier, cleaner and safer for the future.
